They advertise shuttle service to the Bangor Airport, but when you call for a pick up, it's not going - even at 8pm. This hotel is seriously understaffed, which the manager confirmed. Digital keys to room didn't work; manager had to let me into my room.

pleasant experience but room for improvement
The staff consistently showed friendliness and were great too. The cot we requested was great and was the most comfortable we have ever used.
While the stay was enjoyable overall, the room could benefit from a bit more soundproofing.

Make sure to ask for a room away from the pool if noise is a concern, as it can get lively during peak hours.
